Defendant was indicted by a Grand Jury of the City of St. Louis for the theft of a Chevrolet car in that city, in violation of § 560.156.1 He was also charged with the commission of two prior felonies. The court made an appropriate finding of the prior convictions, the jury found defendant guilty, and the court sentenced him to a term of imprisonment of five years...
