Our holding on the instant appeal is that the plaintiff below was entitled to exercise his option to purchase a certain tract of land, termed Tract 2-B, as of the time that he attempted to do so, and— since his right to exact specific performance by the defendants was not inhibited by the Statute of Frauds— he was alternatively entitled to the damages sustained by reason of the defendants' refusal to make conveyance.
