This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Etowah County, in Equity, wherein appellee was granted an absolute divorce from appellant on the ground of cruelty. The decree also awarded custody to appellee of an eleven-year-old son of the marriage, with rights of visitation in the appellant.
