Appeal by defendant from judgment rendered on jury verdict for plaintiff in suit on an insurance policy.

The complaint, as last amended, consisted of two counts. Defendant's demurrer to amended count 1 was sustained and its demurrer to amended court 2 was overruled. The case went to the jury on amended count 2, as follows:

"The Plaintiff claims of the defendant the sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty and 38/100 ($2,930.38) Dollars...
