This is a suit on a life insurance contract, instituted by the wife of the deceased insured, Kenneth Krayer, against the Prudential Insurance Company of America. The policy insured Kenneth Krayer's life for $5,000 with "double indemnity" if death was caused by accidental bodily injury.
