HERGET, Judge.

Plaintiff, a licensed architect, filed suit against Defendant for $3,330 of which amount $3,150 represented 4½ per cent of the estimated cost of the construction of a contemplated two-story building which was not erected and $180 represented the cost of time and material for redrafting plans for the construction of a one-story building which was in fact built by Defendant. Said sums being alleged to be due to Plaintiff for architectural services...
