This is an appeal from a judgment of the court sitting without a jury denying a petition to revoke the probate of the will of Margaret E. Locknane, deceased. The testatrix died at the age of 79 years on June 4, 1959, leaving an estate of an approximate value of $38,000 consisting of a duplex which was devised to respondent and the remainder of the estate which was divided equally among the testatrix' four children, respondent...
