Ignatius Page, Jr. has filed a petition to review an unreported decision of the Tax Court of the United States dismissing Page's petition and amended petition in that Court because of lack of jurisdiction. The grounds for the dismissal are (1) the absence of proof of a determination of a deficiency in Page's federal income tax for the taxable years in question and (2) Page's failure, in any event, to affix a copy of any deficiency notice to his petition...
