Appellant was convicted of possessing prohibited liquors. Section 98, Title 29, Code of Alabama 1940.

The evidence presented by the state tends to show that on January 12, 1960, the Sheriff of Marshall County and two of his deputies, armed with a search warrant, went to the home of the defendant.
