Ransom, as plaintiff, filed his complaint in the district court against the defendants Vic Haner, Marion Keyes and Does I to V, alleging (1) that he was employed by the Ketchikan Pulp Company and the American Viscose Company to work as a machinist's helper, (2) that the defendant Vic Haner was the general superintendent and the defendant Marion Keyes was the assistant superintendent...
