SIMPSON, Justice. Complainant, Krawcheck, filed a bill in equity seeking discovery, accounting and a declaratory judgment. Respondents filed demurrers which were sustained. Complainant amended his bill and demurrers to the amended bill of complaint were overruled. From this latter ruling respondents appeal.
