The five General Sessions Judges of Davidson County meeting en banke concluded that Waddey and the bonding company should be permanently suspended from writing bonds in the General Sessions Courts of Davidson County. To this action a common law petition for certiorari was granted by the Circuit Court wherein the petition was sustained because that court was of the opinion "the method by which bondsmen may be prohibited from doing business...
