By decree entered July 3, 1958, the circuit court of Cook County granted the plaintiff, Virginia T. Guyton, a divorce from her husband, John Guyton, on the ground of desertion. After reciting that the parties have entered into an agreement adjusting their property rights, the decree provides that defendant shall convey to the plaintiff free of any encumbrance the real estate theretofore...
