In our opinion in this case, filed January 23, 1959, 263 F.2d 226, we disposed of the appeal insofar as four Negro students were concerned by affirming as to them the judgment of the District Judge, directing their immediate admission into the Stratford Junior High School in Arlington County, Virginia.
