This appeal is from the Circuit Court in Equity of Blount County, allowing in part the claim of appellee Bernice Blaylock Pillsbury, filed against the estate of her deceased father, Isham Blaylock, in the course of the administration of his estate which was removed from the Probate to the Circuit Court on application of appellee.
