This is a companion suit to No. 243, Beaty v. International Association of Heat & Frost Insulators & Asbestos Workers, N.C., 102 S.E.2d 763. It grows out of acts of defendant touching plaintiffs' contract to do certain work in Charlotte. Defendant union, as in that case, moved to quash the service of process.
