This is a deportation case, raising questions as to the manner in which the issue of citizenship can be tested in the courts.

Administrative proceedings for deportation were brought by the Government against appellant under the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, 66 Stat. 166, 8 U.S.C.A. §§ 1101 et seq., and resulted adversely to him.
