This action is brought by the Town of Mount Pleasant to enjoin the operation by the defendants of an alleged piggery upon certain premises located in the town. It is claimed by the plaintiff town that the use of the premises is in violation of zoning ordinance provisions, and, further, that, in any event, the operation is such as to constitute a public nuisance.
