This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment rendered on a verdict for defendant in a suit for personal injuries claimed as the result of the negligence of defendant in causing a city bus to collide with plaintiff's automobile which had been brought to a stop for a red light at the intersection of the streets. The collision occurred in April 1954. Both vehicles were headed east on Third Avenue N., in Birmingham, which is a four lane highway and intersects...
