This suit was instituted by six owners of property located on the north side of Cross Lake in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, later joined by two additional property owners who appear as plaintiffs in intervention. Plaintiffs own various tracts of land located on the said north shore of Cross Lake aggregating something in excess of 200 acres.
