This is an appeal from a decree sustaining the demurrer to the substituted bill of complaint as a whole and to each aspect of the substituted bill.

The appellant Kimbrough is the complainant. In the substituted bill he alleged the following facts. Appellee Grant owns certain described real estate in Florida.
