This is a divorce suit. The principal questions are (1) whether Irene Sayne, a daughter of the parties, 27 years of age, is suffering from such mental and physical disabilities as to warrant an allowance for her future support and, if so, (2) whether the court, in making an allowance for support of an adult child, exceeded its jurisdiction and went beyond the terms of the statute, Code, § 8454, providing:
