Appellant filed a bill of complaint seeking a declaratory order to construe Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 695 issued to it by the Alabama Public Service Commission in 1943. The appellees, being other certificated motor common carriers, filed a cross-bill to enjoin appellant's alleged operations in violation of the terms of its certificate...
