Appellant was indicted for the offenses of burglary, grand larceny, and buying, receiving, and concealing stolen property. On a plea of not guilty, trial was had, and the jury returned a verdict of guilty as charged in count 4 of the indictment, said count charging the offense of buying, receiving, and concealing stolen property.
