In the agreed statement of facts, upon which the cause was submitted to the Court of Common Pleas, it was stipulated that the claimant is, and has been, a conscientious member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, which teaches as one of its tenets "that the seventh day of the week, commonly called Saturday, should be observed as the Sabbath."
