The appeals are from a final decree in equity, in which the court adjudged that the complainants were entitled to a vendors' lien upon a certain house and lot in Jefferson County which had been purchased by the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District. The property was originally owned by T. M. Ayers and was his homestead when he died on January 19, 1932.
