PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal by the plaintiff in an action at law for the recovery of one hundred acres of land. All the defendants plead not guilty which admitted possession of the entire tract by all of them. Section 941, Title 7, Code. T. A. Mitchell, one of the defendants, was in possession of the north thirty-three acres of said one hundred acre tract. He consented for a verdict and judgment to be rendered for plaintiff...
