The plaintiff took an appeal from an order of the Probate Court for the district of New Haven allowing the defendant a fee of $500 for services rendered as guardian ad litem for David Henderson, a minor. The Superior Court sustained the defendant's demurrer to the reasons of appeal and, from the judgment rendered upon the plaintiff's refusal to plead over, the plaintiff has appealed to this court.
