This action is by an infant, through her father as guardian ad litem, for personal injuries, and by her father individually, for medical expenses and loss of services arising out of the alleged negligence of the defendant Village of Island Park. The cause came on for trial in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, before a jury. A verdict was rendered in favor of plaintiffs and a judgment entered thereon...
