The appellant was the wife of David Millar, and, during their marriage, the fee simple property at 7116 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, was conveyed to them as tenants by the entireties. This was in 1919. In 1923, he filed a bill for divorce a vinculo against her in the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City on the ground of desertion. The case was decided against him...
