This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court denying a petition for the allowance of bail.
On May 17, 1951, four officers went to the home of Aubrey Kilpatrick near Boaz in Marshall County with a warrant for his arrest on a charge of assault with intent to murder with a gun.
