The plaintiffs, Julius and Martha Varga, brought this action to recover damages from the defendants, Herman and Charlotte Pareles. The complaint alleged that the plaintiffs had been unlawfully evicted from their premises. Mrs. Pareles was subsequently dropped as a defendant.
