In this suit the question of the title to eighty acres of land, adversely asserted between the complainants and the respondent, is the matter of controversy. The complainants and the respondent, Susie Williams Bell, inherited the land in remainder from their mother, Patsy Williams, who died in 1920, leaving her husband, Tom Williams, and the parties to this suit, who are her children.
