This appeal is prosecuted by the complainants from a decree of the circuit court, sitting in equity, sustaining the demurrers of the several defendants to the substituted bill and dismissing the same.

The bill as amended is designated "Amendment to Bill of Complaint" and recites: "By leave of the Court first had and obtained the complainants in the above styled cause amend their bill of complaint, and make the same read as follows: * * *."...
