This is a suit by U. S. Copeland, the appellant, against Swiss Cleaners, Inc., a corporation, and Jesse L. Dillard on a promissory note purporting to be executed by the Swiss Cleaners, Inc., by Jesse L. Dillard, president and endorsed by Jesse L. Dillard.
