Action by Edna Duncan against Juanita Bartle, administratrix of the estate of James Carol Claxton, deceased, and Juanita Bartle individually, for dissolution of partnership and for adjudication of the accounts between the former partners. The Circuit Court, Josephine County, Orval J. Millard, J., entered a decree dissolving the partnership, winding up its affairs, holding that plaintiff was the sole owner of the assets of the former partnership, and awarding the plaintiff...
