The appellant, Beatrice Weems, filed her bill of complaint against her husband John S. Weems for divorce upon the ground of cruelty and reasonable apprehension of great bodily harm or death at his hands. In the bill custody of their three children is sought, Billy Weems 15 years of age, Bobby Weems 11 years of age and Jimmy Weems 9 years of age.
