The question we meet is whether plaintiff has supported its charge of illegal monopoly that defendants have violated § 2 of the Sherman Act, 26 Stat. 209, 15 U.S. C.A. § 2,1 in order to support an action for injunctive relief and triple damages under § 4 of the Clayton Act2 38 Stat. 731, 15 U.S.C.A. § 15.
