This is a suit instituted in the court below by the Sylvania Industrial Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Virginia and doing business in that state. The defendant is Antonie Lilienfeld, individually and as executrix in fact of her deceased husband, Leon Lilienfeld.
