Relators, Bess Burkitt Crane, and her attorney, Robert H. Kelley, bring this action for a writ of mandamus against Honorable Bert H. Tunks, District Judge, and D. J. Glenney, III, as respondents, to vacate, amend and revise an order entered by Judge Tunks in a discovery proceeding pending in his court.
