Frank V. Devine, aged 67 and single, died intestate August 25, 1962. His brothers, John Devine and Bernard Devine, were promptly appointed administrators of his estate. On September 17, 1962, Francis Frederick Harris filed a verified application asking that he be adjudged the natural son and sole heir of decedent, and that the administrators be removed and a new one appointed.
