Plaintiff The Fifth Column, L.L.C. brings this action against defendant Village of Valley View, Ohio, seeking injunctive relief. Specifically, Fifth Column asks the Court to preliminarily enjoin Valley View from enforcing Ordinance § 1268.03. This ordinance would have the effect of preventing Fifth Column from operating an adult cabaret, known as "Cleveland PM," in its present location. For the reasons stated below...
