This suit is brought to this court, by an appeal from the circuit court of the district of Ohio.

The complainants claimed through their ancestor, James Galt, one thousand acres of land, under a military warrant obtained by him, as heir to his brother, Patrick Galt. The entry was made on the 6th of August 1787, as follows...
