[¶1] Donald Allen Grater Jr. accepted the State's offer and pleaded guilty to felony possession of marijuana. In exchange for his guilty plea, the State agreed to dismiss a misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine charge and recommend the court suspend Mr. Grater's sentence in favor of two years supervised probation....
