[¶ 1] Appellant Tommy F. Doggett was fired from Strokers, Inc., a Harley Davidson service center in Lander, Wyoming. He applied for unemployment insurance benefits and after a hearing, the hearing officer determined that Doggett's discharge was not for misconduct connected with his work.
