[¶ 1] Verna Inman filed an action against Denise Boykin alleging that her negligent motor vehicle operation caused a collision resulting in serious injury to Inman. On Boykin's motion, the district court dismissed the action as barred by the statute of limitations. Inman appeals, claiming that the court's consideration of evidence outside the pleadings converted Boykin's motion to a summary judgment motion and that genuine issues of material fact...
