[¶ 1] The Wyoming Workers' Safety and Compensation Division awarded benefits to Appellant, Allen Trump, after he experienced a workplace injury to his knees in 1993. In 2009, Mr. Trump sought payment for a left knee arthroscopy that he claimed was related to his workplace injury. The Division denied the claim.
