[¶ 1] A jury found Carla Stalcup guilty of aggravated vehicular homicide while driving under the influence of alcohol, a felony, and two related driving under the influence (DUI) misdemeanors. She appeals the convictions and sentence, claiming the district court improperly refused to allow her to call an expert witness to testify concerning her theory of defense, incorrectly answered a jury question...
