[¶ 1] Appellant, ORO Management, LLC, ("ORO") filed suit against Appellee, R.C. Mineral & Rock, LLC ("R.C."), seeking to set aside a foreclosure sale. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of R.C. ORO challenges that decision in this appeal.
