[¶ 1] Kiet Hoang Nguyen challenges the judgment and sentence entered after he pleaded guilty to one count of larceny. He claims that the factual basis provided by the State for his guilty plea did not meet the elements of larceny, specifically the "taking" requirement. Apparently recognizing the factual basis did not establish the crime of larceny, the State argues that his conviction should, nevertheless...
